She first married Nehemiah Doane Eldredge, son of Capt. Elisha Eldredge & Marion Wallace Kelley, on 19 Apr 1888 in Boston, Mass. Born South Chatham, Mass., on 4 Sep 1864. Died Boston, Mass., on 20 Apr 1908. Data from Mason.

They had the following children:

Mr. Eldredge served as a volunteer Special Agent in the U. S. Dept. of Justice during the World War and transferred to the British Royal Flying Corps, retransferring to the Royal Air Force as pilot, ranking as subaltern, junior grade. He refused a Commission with U. S. Dept. of Justice as Special Agent-in-charge of Alaska at expiration of War, and is believed to have been the youngest agent with U. S. forces in World War.
