1192. William Clark Mason (Clark6, Hugh5, Nehemiah4, Joseph3, Joseph2, Hugh1). Born Richland, N. Y., on 8 Dec 1818. Died on 24 Jun 1892. Data from Mason.

William C. Mason resided Marlborough, N. H., until 1854, then Troy, N. H., until March 1865, when he bought the old homestead and returned to Marlborough. One article of furniture in his possession of which he was justly proud was a brass clock of old-time fashion, which descended to him from his great-grandfather, Richard Clark, of Watertown, Mass. The clock was made in London, England. He was on the committee for the centennial celebration of Marlborough, 1876.

He married Susan Wales Page, daughter of Charles Page & Elizabeth Warren, on 19 Oct 1841 in Winchendon, Mass. Born on 31 Mar 1821. Died Newton, Mass., on 16 Oct 1895. Data from Mason.

They had one child:

Amos A. Mason was active in town affairs, Selectman, 1858 to 1865 inclusive, 1867, 1868, 1872, 1873, 1874, 1875, 1879; representative, 1863, 1864, and a member of the committee for the centennial celebration of Marlborough, 1876.

He married Alzina Woodward, daughter of Josiah Woodward & Olive Parmenter, on 10 Apr 1845 in Marlborough, N. H. Born Marlborough, N. H., on 7 May 1823. Died Marlborough, N. H., on 17 Apr 1883. Data from Mason.
