He was born in Amherst, N. H., in the year 1755, enlisted in Charlestown, Mass., Dec., 1775, consequently, was twenty years old. He served one year under Captain Martin and Colonel Stark. He was seventy-five years old when he applied for pension, Sept. 13, 1830, Windsor County, Vermont, which was allowed. These facts I get from the Revolutionary pension records at Washington.
