He married Ann Hopkins, daughter of Joseph Hopkins & Elizabeth Galpin, on 13 Mar 1765. Born on 19 Feb 1743. Died on 29 Feb 1816.

He first married Phebe Cowles, daughter of Benjamin Cowles & Hannah, in 1763. Born Canaan, Conn., on 31 Mar 1747. Died Williamstown, Mass., on 27 Dec 1783.

Married by Rev. Mr. Welch.

He married Lavinia Parsons, daughter of John Parsons & Asenath Carrington. Born Cheshire, Conn., on 17 May 1767. Died Newport, Herkimer Co., N.Y., on 20 Sep 1839.
