He married Judith Tucker, daughter of Preserved Tucker & Rebecca Esty, on 30 Mar 1749. Born on 11 Oct 1730.

They had the following children:

She married Thomas Maxwell, on 16 Nov 1786. Born Bedford, Mass., in 1742. Died in 1835.

In the French War he was one of the party that destroyed tea in Boston Harbor. He was a member of the State Constitutional Convention, in 1800.

He married Hannah Hobbs, daughter of Matthew Hobbs & Hannah Gay, on 23 May 1754. Born Stoughton, Mass., on 10 Sep 1730. Died on 2 Nov 1810.
