1925-1929 U. S. Secretary of State in the administration of Calvin Coolidge
1927-1929 Formulator and proponent of the Kellogg-Briand Pact (Pact of Paris)

Envelope with Frank B. Kellogg corner card

The autographed business card was sent to John E. Boos in this envelope. Mr. Boos was a former
White House correspondent and past president of the White House Correspondence Association
during the FDR years. He was a noted collector of political memorabilia and prepared specialized
collections, including two of photos and press materials about Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt (1960).
